Praia do Encanto (the enchanted beach), south of Morro de Sao Paulo’s Fourth Beach, is one of the best preserved places in the Tinhare island. Close to the shore, coral formations provide natural swimming pools thriving with colorful fish. Nested amidst 15 acres of private tropical forest crossed by a river the hotel is situated right on the beach. Its nine eco-friendly constructed bungalows are decorated with arts and crafts items from the various regions and cultures of Brazil. Each room features a king-size bed, silent-air conditioning system (split), mini-bar and satellite TV (21”), DVD/CD player (with large DVD and CD selection), all with private outdoor shower, some with Jacuzzi. By the swimming pool, the restaurant is open all day and evening. Periodic exhibitions on various topics such as regional crafts, nature, local culture and traditions, are held in the lounge.
