Apartamentos Iguanas is located in a very unique spot in Esterillos Oeste, Costa Rica. We are centered on a hill, locals know as Canada Hill, taking up one acre of land overlooking the warm Pacific Ocean. One is able to see Manuel Antonio, the size of the waves and the tropical birds of paradise. This quiet and secluded gem comes with a great welcoming family to offer you the best in customer service during your stay. If you’re lucky you'll get to sample the daily fresh baked goods. Enjoy local restaurants & bars all within walking distance. You can always count on clean sheets, a clean pool and a clear path to the beach. You can book your reservation directly on our website. Pura Vida! Esterillos Oeste (West) Low Tide Lounge - Infamous for their full moon parties, Low Tide Lounge is a fun surfers bar serving great food & drink. Right on the beach, locals and travelers alike frequent the bar all day long but especially when the tide is low because when the tide is high everyone is surfing. Wireless internet is available. The Reef - Right next door to the Low Tide Lounge, this bar also serves great food and drink and is a local hang out for locals and travelers. Both of these bars get together to hold fund raisers for the local community from lifeguard fundraisers to local school fundraisers and will usually bring in a local band to play. Azul - 200 meters from the beach, Azul serves great typical Tico food with plenty of space for your family and friends. Adjacent to the restaurant is Azul the nightclub. This is a very popular spot for the locals to let loose on the weekends. Before you drive away don't forget to stop by Super Sol to pick up some grocery's before you go home. Los Almendros (The Almond Tree) - The Almond Tree serves the best cuisine in Esterillos Oeste at a great price. You will see dishes such as Carribean Chicken, Seared Tuna and Lobster. Don't forget to ask for Karen's special hot sauce. Esterillos Este (East) Xandari - A bit pricy but what all North Americans are used to, great service and excellent food! We frequent the joint on special occasions such as our anniversary or birthday's.
