The charming Balansat II Apartment complex enjoys a fantastic location in the tourist area of San Miguel. There is a sandy beach to be found just in front of the complex. Playa Benirras is approximately 3 km away. A wide selection of shopping and entertainment venues are all located in the neighbourhood. Ibizia's airport is 30 km away. Affording a charming location, this apartment complex was renovated in 2004 and is surrounded by well-tended gardens. The residence consists of a 2-storey main building with four 2-storey neighbouring buildings and a total of 18 apartments. Guests are welcomed in the inviting lobby with a reception desk open 24 hours, safes, a currency exchange desk and a public Internet terminal. The hotel also features a small supermarket, shops, a playground, a TV room, a games room and a bicycle storage room. The special features of the complex include a restaurant serving delicious cuisine (with highchairs and air conditioning), a nightclub and a cosy bar. A dining room is additionally available.
