Near the farmhouse there are riding stables, tennis courts, golf courses, multipurpose fields for soccer, basketball, volleyball, and three lakes to fish: Lake Trasimeno, Montepulciano and Chiusi. On Lake Trasimeno it is also possible to practice sailing, canoeing, windsurfing, water skiing. The lake of Montepulciano, LIPU wildlife reserve, is equipped for bird watching.
