Opened in summer 2008, Connect Hotel Skavsta is the first hotel located directly on the Stockholm-Skavsta Airport, only 75 meters from the terminal and the Long Stay Parking. Skavsta Airport is located outside Nykoping; about 100 km south of Stockholm. Connect Hotel Skavsta offers 145 rooms of various types for all needs, from Quick Sleep Rooms where one rest for maybe a few hours, to fully equipped superior rooms with bath room, flat-TV and arm chairs. For the Large Families one will find comfortable rooms with many beds and for the frequent business traveller rooms with large writing table, wired and wireless Internet. All hotel rooms have tiled bathrooms, oiled wooden floors, light walls and pleasant furnishing in warm colors. Plasma TV for all film channels and wireless Internet, adjustable electric fittings and spotlights contributes to an even more welcoming room. For guest's own safety, have installed a sprinkler system in all the hotel rooms and corridors. In 300 square metres glassed-in living room with 10 metres from floor to ceiling one will find nice sitting areas of all kinds, everything from cosy armchairs to bar stools at the community table or the bar. The Plasma TV as well as lounge chairs by the fireplace will make the stay even more agreeable.
