Location This is a new development; located just 19 km south of Walt Disney World; in the exclusive gated community of Champions Gate. The beaches of the Gulf Coast are just 1 hour away. Facilities These are beautifully appointed 3-; 4- and 5-bedroom superior homes. Most of the communities within West Haven are gated for additional security; and all are electric pool heat communities. Rooms All villas are equipped with every necessity of home; including high-end furnishings; linen; satellite TV; a radio; bathroom; hairdryer; direct dial telephone; a full-service kitchen with fridge; cooker; microwave; tea/coffee making facilities; washing machine; iron and ironing board and a dining area; as well as individually adjustable air conditioning and heating. All these things combine to make a fantastic alternative to standard hotels. Sports/Entertainment Each villa has a swimming pool with a minimum of 2 sun loungers; 4 chairs and a table around the pool deck. Payment MasterCard and VISA are accepted as methods of payment. Misc. Check-in is from 4 pm. Check in; registration and key collection is to be conducted from the Homes Welcome Center; located at 6365 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway; Kissimmee; Florida 34747. After-hours key collection is available from the electronic lock box at the Welcome Center. Homes assistance is available 24 hours a day by telephoning the free number 1-800-713-8356 and selecting the urgent message option. When registering for the villa guests will be asked to supply a credit card as security. A refundable security deposit of USD 500 is required at registration for each home or apartment that has been booked. The following items can be added to the booking for a daily additional fee: pool heating; cot rental and highchair rental. All apartments are non smoking and pets are not allowed. Check-out time from the accommodation is 10 am. How to get there From Orlando Airport: Take the South exit; signposted State Road 417; Kissimmee. Join SR417 heading west; this is a toll road. Exit at junction 2; signposted Celebration. At the end of the exit ramp; after passing through the toll booth turn right onto Celebration Avenue; drive 0.5 km to the junction with US Highway 192. Here turn left onto Highway 192; and then right at the second set of traffic lights onto Parkway Boulevard. Take the first left and the Hotelbeds Welcome Centre; where guests check-in; will be on the right.
