David and Eileen Lindsay welcome you to their own home, a Victorian guesthouse just off the A183 junction with the Royal Hospital. Felicitations is also within walking distance of Clanny House, University, Empire Theatre and Sunderland city centre near bus and Metro links to Stadium of Light, Durham, Metrocentre and Newcastle airport. Felicitations is ideally located for the Hospital and also for those students' parents who may be in town for visits, enrolment and graduation. Because of our location we can benefit you, in saving on travel costs you will otherwise incur when booking further afield. We offer clean accommodation ( Eileen insists i take heed of our Guests comments as to it being spotless ) with a warm and friendly atmosphere.
