Guests will be able to reach Marigot, the French capitol, in a 10-minute drive and Phillipsburg, the Dutch capitol, in a 15-minute drive. Contact the concierge for charter fishing yachts, water skiing, para sailing, windsurfing, snorkeling, and scuba diving. Jet ski rentals are available onsite. Each guest unit's fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals in the comfort and privacy of your own accommodations. Topper's by the Sea provides a festive, tropical setting for cocktails, snacks, and meals. Enjoy the convenience of dining without leaving the beach. There are many restaurants in the surrounding area. To enhance your visit, the resort offers laundry facilities, a gift shop, medical services, a 24-hour front desk, and a market. For air transportation, the Juliana International airport is approximately three miles from the hotel. The Phillipsburg port is about 15 minutes away by car. There are 216 condominiums on five floors. Each guest unit has a separate living room, kitchen (dishwasher, blender, coffeemaker, microwave, stove/oven, and toaster), and bedroom. Ocean and garden views are available, but location is not guaranteed. Standard amenities include air-conditioning, bathroom with shower, one king-size bed, balcony or terrace, queen-size sleeper sofa, television, VCR, and telephone with voicemail. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. To check in at this resort, at least one member of the party MUST be 21 years of age. Check in time 4:00pm and Check out time 10:00am. Upon arrival, the resort will require a $250 deposit from the guest for incidentals in the form of a major credit card. Cash and debit cards will not be accepted. Accomodations receive one mid-stay cleaning for stays of 5 nights or more. Daily cleaning may be available at additional cost.
