Forsters' Gasthof zur Post is a charming, family-run hotel in the idyllic small town of Donaustauf, situated on the river Danube just a short distance from the Bavarian Forest National Park. Valhalla, the legendary hall of fame, is clearly visible from the town, while Regensburg with its countless historical buildings and direct access to the motorway network is within easy reach (needless to say there is ample parking pace for both cars and coaches at the Gasthof). Our four-star hotel, built in 1994, meets the highest standards. All rooms are equipped with bath/shower, telephone, no charge internetstation in the lobby, high-speed internetconnection by wireless lan about hot-spot, colour TV, wake-up facility and minibar. The hotel has a total of 80 beds; there is also a guest house with 10 apartments.
