The hotel is located very close to Szombathely's city centre on the greenbelt of it with a great view of the Boating Lake. It is a good value property with great surroundings should the traveler be business man or leisure guest as the city centre is close but the disturbance of the traffic is hardly to be heard. ECS 02. 10. The building was renovated in 2004. It is a purpose built property and it is taller than the surrounding buildings. The hotel has 97 rooms, all air- conditioned and equipped with telephone, TV and mini bar. Each room has a balcony and bathroom (in which you will find hair dryer and cosmetic mirror). Wireless internet is available throughout the whole property- reception staff will inform each guest about the security code. Each standard room has a size of 27 quadrat meter. The lobby has its own style with some seating area. The characteristic colours are brown and cream. However it looks a bit old fashioned it has its charm and welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant is situated next to the lobby. The unique menu card of the restaurant provides a great choice of Hungarian specialties as well as international dishes. There is a huge selection on wines and other Hungarian fruit spirits that will complete a lovely dinner cooked by the Master Chef. 1 kms to city centre, 125 kms to the airport (vienna international), 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, 200 kms to the airport (ferihegy).
