The IFA Graal-Mueritz Strandhotel, Wellness & Tagungen Rostock hotel, just 26 km from Rostock, invites guests to come and unwind. Rostock Heath offers a charming landscape surrounded with coniferous and deciduous forests for the active holidaymaker that is waiting to be explored. Visitors can take long walks along the white sandy beach or enjoy the spectacular sunsets over the sea. A chic holiday resort in the style of a manor is set in a favourable and peaceful position right on the beach and surrounded by the green coastal forest. Guests are able to enjoy the peace and quiet and after just a short while, nature removes the pressure of everyday life from guests' shoulders. The hotel has been awarded the 'Blue Flag' by the German Association for Environmental Education for its beaches which is recognised throughout Europe as a sign of clean beaches and a good water quality. Renovated in 2007 and with 137 rooms and suites, the hotel features a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a safe, lifts and a caf. In addition, a bar, an auditorium, a restaurant, conference facilities, Internet access (fees apply) and parking facilities are also provided. The Classic double rooms (26m) offer guests relaxation and comfort. The rooms include an en suite bathroom, satellite TV, a radio, a telephone, a minibar, a hairdryer, central heating, a safe, a balcony or terrace and Internet access. The Comfort double rooms (28m) are additionally more spacious and have the option of adding a pull-out bed. These rooms may also be requested with a sea view (fees apply). If guests require a family room, then the hotel offers a room with a connecting door to the neighbouring room and should be request on booking. With a 1,500 m health spa, the hotel offers varied and comprehensive health and beauty packages as well as a beautiful indoor swimming pool with a special grotto, fountain showers, wave machines and several saunas to help guests relax. Leisure facilities also include a complimentary gym with the latest equipment, aqua aerobics, a solarium, a Jacuzzi and massage treatments (fees apply). The kiosk on the beach is open during the summer, offering a selection of ice creams and sweets during the day. From the A20 take the ""Rostock-Ost berseehafen"" exit onto the A19 until the B105 exit to Stralsund, Ribnitz-Damgarten. At the traffic lights in Rvershagen, the hotel is sign-posted, take a left here and stay on the L22 until reaching Graal-Mritz. The hotel is easy to find here.
