The Monet Garden is located near the Liyu Lake on Hualien County. The villages here are simple and peaceful. The Han Chinese and Aborigines, including other tribes live together harmoniously on this area. This B&B is nestled on one of the last pristine areas in Taiwan near the East Riff Valley national scenic areas and the Pacific Ocean. The Monet Garden has 4 types of rooms comprising of Latin Double Room (a double bed), Latin Triple Room (a double bed & a single bed), Maya Quadruple Room (2 double beds) and Tree House Family Room (2 double beds/penthouse). Joe Chang is the host of Monet Garden and he was a former journalist . After retirement, since he has a great affection for the coffee beans from Guatemala volcano, he brought them in and roasted them at the Monet Garden. This place displays the romantic Latino features and mysterious Mayan Style. It is a cozy and clean B&B accommodation.
