The Omshanty is in front of the Uitoto indigenous community known as "Comunidad del km11", in the outskirts of the city of Leticia surrounded and inside the 2 hectare jungle full of wild nature such as birds, butterflies, monkeys and other wildlife. The property is 11 km away from Leticia´s city and 9 km from the airport. The rooms at the Omshanty are private and independent cabins with one bedroom (double bed), living room (2 single beds), bathroom, kitchen, porch with hammock, bbq & potable water. There´s a shared cabin (dormitory) with 6 simple beds fully equipped with a bathroom, kitchen, and furniture. There's an area for hammock sleeping and another for traditional camping with tent. Omshanty offers spacious, quiet and intimate cottages providing comfort. All are independent, private, quiet and surrounded by gardens and situated in a natural environment.
