The two bedroom, one bath villas at the Sand Shares are just two blocks from the ocean and have been recently refurbished. There’s a laundry area for added convenience. The bedrooms have one king bed and two twin beds, and there’s a king sofa sleeper so six guests may sleep comfortably. Cable television and fully-equipped kitchens are standard features. Guests enjoy the on-site pool at the resort. The Sand Shares is professionally managed, so guests are asked to check-in at 20 Executive Park Road on the island to receive keys and passes. Guests must be 23 years of age at time of check-in. Prior to check-in, guests should call the office during business hours, 8:30 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. The management may request that you move units if you are booking a Saturday stay-through.
