Selected pictures are integrated into the buckskin wall paneling and fit in wonderfully into the overall picture, without being too dominant or overwhelming. Star cook, Christian Jürgens, leaves nothing to be desired and underlines his skills in every single element of his menus. He processes select produce from the Alps region in a masterly fashion and creates culinary delights that are never too pompous.
