Stableford House is located in Howlong, a small township on the Murray River. It is ideally located for visits to the Rutherglen region vineyards, a number of historic towns and villages such as Chiltern, Beechworth and Yackandandah, as well as exploring the mighty Murray River. Our three guest bedrooms, including one with full disabled facilities, are located on the ground floor. Each has its own ensuite and french doors opening onto a wide and shady verandah, where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful view of our own extensive lawns and also Howlong's 18 hole golf course. Stableford House welcomes you to our Australian Bed & Breakfast blended with the European style of hospitality, making this one of the country's premier places to visit and enjoy a unique experience.
