The house is situated in St. Vigor's Road (CB21 5HG) in the centre of Fulbourn village a short walk from the shops, post office, and churches. At the front the house there is off-road parking for two cars and a large green. For those with children, the primary school is close by and the bus for the secondary school picks up at the end of the road. St Vigors has a large sitting room with desk area, a separate dining room. The house is fully gas central-heated and is double-glazed. The living room has doors opening to the rear garden and a patio area with chairs and table. The rear garden is 100ft long, south-facing, and landscaped.
