It is an Edwardian property built in 1910, surrounded by attractive gardens, with trees, shrubs, conifers, rose and herbaceous borders. Decor and furnishings are in keeping with the character of the beautiful Edwardian building. The homely atmosphere will immediately put you at ease. It is a 10-15 minutes walk from The Dorman Museum, The Captain Cook museum and StuartÂ’s Park, complete with lambs, goats, sheep, owls and even squirrels that are tame enough to feed! The town centre is only 15 minutes walk, whilst the train station is a 5-10 minute cab ride away. If travelling further, we are 10 minutes drive from Redcar and the coast, 30-40 minutes from Whitby and 45 minutes from Yarm and the cathedral cities of Durham and York.
